FAQ & help
Where everything lives, and how to use it
The short version: pick a session, listen, then open its resources right underneath.
Pick a session
From the library or this month’s featured set.
Open it
The podcast plays at the top of the page.
Scroll to “Your resources”
The one-page student sheet and transcript sit right there.
Mentors: your guide is there too
Every session includes a one-page run-of-show for hosts.
Q Where’s the resource page for a session?
In the session’s “Your resources” area, right under the podcast — the one-page student sheet and the transcript.
Q How do I use it?
Listen or read first, then work the one-pager’s “ask yourself, then do it this week” prompts. One concrete action per session.
Q I’m a mentor — where’s my guide?
Same resources area. Every session includes a one-page mentor run-of-show so hosting takes minutes of prep.
Q How do I earn my certificate?
Finish the set number of sessions. Your progress tracks automatically and the certificate unlocks when you hit it.
Q What’s the difference between hosted and on-demand?
Hosted sessions run live each month and bring the cohort together. On-demand sessions are always available, at your pace.
Q How do I get — or gift — access?
$159.99 a year or $19.99 a month for full access. Parents, colleges, and sponsors can gift access with a scannable QR code.
Q Where does the content come from, and how is it reviewed?
Each session is built from vetted national sources and reviewed by our editorial team and alumni mentors before it’s published — no hot takes, no filler.
Q Who are the mentors?
Alumni and early-career professionals who recently navigated these same steps. They host the live sessions and bring real, been-there experience — not lecturers.
